In such uncertain times, we feel privileged that our clients have turned to us as trusted advisors across all the services we offer at RfM. We have been urged by a number of grateful clients to spread the word about our Will review service and encourage others to consider what we usually don’t think about.
As a general rule, we don’t go through life thinking about what will happen when we die. But the seriousness of the events happening in our lives right now have led doctors to call for people to speak to their loved ones about their wishes if they were to become critically ill due to the coronavirus (BBC news 21 March 2020).
If you are thinking of having a conversation with your family about coronavirus and end-of-life care, it may also be a good time to review your Will or other estate plans you have in place.
Telephone or online Will review consultations
We are currently providing all our legal services remotely via phone or video call.
If you have an existing Will, we offer a free service to check that it is:
- Legally valid
- An accurate reflection of your wishes
- Structured in the best way for your circumstances
If you currently have no Will or other plans in place, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs.
You are under no obligation at all to act on any of the advice we give you.
Pass it on
Many of us are more mindful of the need to protect our elderly and vulnerable loved ones during this difficult period. If you feel it would be beneficial for another family member or friend to discuss their Will(s) with us, please do pass on our details.
To arrange a Will review or consultation, please call Sharon Rigden on 01772 431233 or email srigden@rfmlegal.co.uk
In the meantime, take care and stay safe.
