Piere Netty launched his career with the best merchant bank in the world.
At Goldman Sachs he learned the business and financial systems from the inside out, spending six years in the ‘engine room’ and ultimately being the first and only person within the business to move directly from operations to trading.
After the privilege of working on the South East Asia trading desk, Pierre moved to LG Securities where he became Head Trader with the largest book in SE Asia [$2.2b]. A high point was being the only European on the team that won the IPO for Cho Hung Bank, securing $1.2b worth of new business. He delivered two record years in a row in his last two years there.
Pierre came to understand how crucial management reporting is and started a property fund based around his own theory of viewing UK property like UK bonds, delivering clients 30% returns year on year.
Project Management became an added focus as he continued to be involved with both property and investment at JVP, where the due diligence aligned to the business case now had the added dimension of project management.
Before founding Peterson James & Co Ltd, Pierre worked as a management consultant helping several companies to grow in sectors as diverse as Hospitality, Fintech, Accounting, Alternative Energy, Finance and Banking and Property
