Sarah Flynn / Director

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and Director at RfM with over 20 years' experience supporting a diverse portfolio of clients with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses.

Sarah enjoys getting to know her clients and their businesses, developing long-standing relationships and providing advice that goes beyond the numbers. She understands the challenges that come with running an owner-managed business and takes a practical, personal approach to helping clients make informed decisions, plan for the future and achieve their goals.

With strong experience across the agricultural sector, Sarah also works closely with farming families and rural businesses, helping them navigate the financial and commercial considerations that come with operating in what can be a complex and changing environment.

Sarah also has significant experience in audit and, as an Audit Director, continues to oversee a range of audit engagements. However, it is the wider relationship with clients and getting to know the businesses behind the figures that she particularly enjoys.

Sarah began her accountancy career at 16 as an apprentice, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before progressing to her current role. She is passionate about the profession and is a strong advocate for apprenticeships and the opportunities they provide.
